You get what you pay for... Terrible Tech support. Poor UI for site control and features displayed for Windows that don't work and they want you to switch to Linux . Why they have those features listed for Windows is beyond comprehension.

Support can only be described as vicious. Dealing with them is a tremendous chore, and I do the same thing for a living. On the other hand, no transfer limit. Whatsoever. All in all, a no-frills, generic cPanel host. Cheap, and you get what you pay for.

I have never had any problems with my server nor any down time. Their price is unbeatable! I was afraid of hiring a hosting so cheap, but they have done everything they promissed. Keep up the good work.
