If you are going to run a site with less that 1Gb files (like a blog), and less than 150GB bandwidth , Arvixe is a god option to choose as a webhost provider. Otherwise it sucks , I got warnings coz I have 30 GB files and 150GB bandwidth in personal plan

They have a bad service and a bad attituted. If you are serious with your site for doing business DO NOT USE Arvixe. If they suspended your account you maybe gonna have like a week with your account in that way. Poor server protection. No Recommend it.

I have been using Arvixe almost 6 months now and i have never had problems with hosting.Also the service team is very helpful !!! I suggest Arvixe 100 % for your hosting needs !!!

They really are 'sneaky' and changed my dedicated ip with little warning - which 8 minutes after receiving notice the ip came under a ddos attack. They don't have the mitigation filters they say they do, they changed data centers too! BEWARE OF THEM

What an annoying experience! They suspended my account for high resource usage claiming that the admin area has been using too much AJAX. I accessed the admin area maybe 4x a week for a few minutes at a time and apparently, that is too much.

Fantastic reliability and technical support, but terrible customer service – they canceled my hosting without notifying me, and it took several days for them to refund my money. This would be acceptable, except that they're quite pricey.

Arvixe degraded dramatically lately. We are loosing a lot of business due to the service outages, including IIS, SQL, lost emails. QA: some guys are very good, others have no clue. There is no working email notification on service outages.

really disappointed in arvixe.Their support sucks, kept promising me that someone is working on it, would email me within an hour, yet no update for past 3 days. I couldnt even upload anything since i bought it at the beginning of jan. DISAPPOINTING

The uptime is awesome, the only times it went blank was due to my own fooling around with some plugins. I live in China and the loading time is much faster comparing that of GoDaddy. The tech support could be better.

Honestly, Arvixe has been the best service I've ever used.... Everything available in my service has worked extremely well.... Any issues I've had have been resolved quickly, usually within hours! Great work guys!

Customer services is suck.Never response.Their direct suspend your account without give back your backup.Their will not work with u for solve the problem but suspend your account directly.My website is directory and using phplinkdir

Horrendous experience. VPS Server continually crashed, support was out sourced to the far east, backups were never upto date as promised and although paid for a year in advance, it was more beneficial to us to move and get a good service again. Poor!
