Fast, efficient, friendly.
I’ve been using this hosting service for over a year now, and I’m still impressed. The uptime is rock-solid, and their support team is always friendly and efficient. They really know how to keep their customers satisfied. I've used GTHost Canada dedicated server hosting for a long time and very happy. Support is fast, efficient, friendly and understandable even for technical twits like I am! Not once have I felt talked down to because I asked a daft question and I have asked some daft ones for sure. You can trust these guys.

The customer service has excellent feedback time via e-mail and solved all problems for a website newbie like me. I have the starter package, and think it's a great bargain. Great service.
Been with GTHost for a several months and haven’t experienced any type of problems with my site. The Vesta is simple and also supports SCP, SFTP, FTP, HTTP, SSH and so on. I recommend. When I set up my company I was complete beginners - GTHost has made everything simple and easy from searching and buying my domain name to hosting everything for me. It was a huge relief and they have been nothing but superb to deal with.

Great level of support.

The support is more than excellent.
I've been with GTHost US vps hosting for about a year and I can say that their support is outstanding, quick answers with intelligent responses. Needless to say I have had to contact them on a several occasions and I have never been kept waiting. I strongly recommend it for every one.

Excellent enterprise host.
Great prices and package deals. Tickets are usually answered with 10 minutes of submission and their support staff is extremely obliging. Great support and pricing. It's simple, inexpensive, and reliable. I have several domains hosted at GTHost Seattle server hosting account for several years, and have only had 1 outage. I just wish they had an upgrade path to a dedicated plan.

always willing to help.
Now I have VPS hosting account with them and their technical support team are always willing to help. Of course they do not offer me a help every minute. But if I have a question I always get reply within few minutes. I would not rate GTHost host as perfect and professional hosting service. I do get what I pay for. So my rate is 5 out of 5.

Great features.
I have 3 sites with GTHost dedicated hosting. Customer service is second to none. All my support requests are handled under 5 minutes. They even re-installed my content management system for me after they found out the problem I had stemmed from me installing the wrong version. Great features. The price is great but not the cheapest. I highly recommend these guys!

Great hosting experience.
Good job, GTHost. I've noticed no downtime and my site loads faster than ever. Their free migration service is a real bonus, freeing up my time to do other things whilst they migrate my current websites across to their servers. We'd just created a website for our home wedding rings service when we quickly realised that our hosting company weren't up to speed with all things WordPress. The dedicated server hosting service is based on quality.

Fantastic uptime.
They communicate really well with their clients. I hope this hosting provider continues to keep up with the way its running. GTHost guys have fantastic uptime, and if you are a new customer, then there are lots of coupon codes out there that will save you money on your subscription. I had a couple of questions during the initial setup, I received very quick and informative replies from the staff at GTHost vps host. They are customer oriented people and also they know what they do technical wise.

Nice Miami dedicated server hosting service.
Really happy to have found GTHost Miami dedicated server hosting service. This decent web hosting provider gets both thumbs high up so far for everything I have had experience with... I was wary of how about the use of online tech support, but I often receive a reply within 5-10 minutes, and never more than a day's response. Keep up the good work guys!

I am now 100% set up for success!
I just wanted to let you know, in my experience, how awesome GTHost web host is! I just signed up 3 months ago and could not, for the life of me, figure out how to setup Wordpress without messing up my current site. Instead of just giving me directions, their support actually did it all for me. I am now 100% set up for success!
