Response times are usually within 20 minutes. NetShop-isp.com.cy is cool. Through e-mail - fast quick and through responses just how i want it to be. Their e-mail is just too damn complete that i dont have to email them about the same problem.

The response times are amazing.
Good hosting experience running my sites with NETSHOP provider. The simple re-assurance that there is a real person at the other end of the support line is invaluable. The response times are amazing and they are very helpful. You would pay a premium for this level of service at other web host sites - but here it comes as standard.

Good vps accounts.

Quick response, experts on Joomla and Wordpress.
NETSHOP has very reactive and knowledgeable support team. The best however is their pro-active support. for the latest Wordpress vulnerability they identified the issue. protected their servers found a solution, helped the community fix it and then sent explaining that everything was under control. Quick response, experts on Joomla and Wordpress, very welcoming, very efficient. Great value for money and many packages to suit individual needs.

Great vps hosting.
What a wonderful host I found, NETSHOP tech support team is responsive and supportive. Features they offer look very useful and unique. I've noticed they are offering the price special on vps deals now - a great plus for their team. I also told my friends about that. Technically speaking, to me they are second to none so far.

Professional level of service.
NetShop ISP provided all that I would expect in terms of reliability, services, etc, but I have been impressed mostly by the level of service - nothing is too much trouble for their support team and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

SSD storage hosting is great.
I'm glad to deal with NETSHOP web host (their SSD storage hosting is great). Uptime has been 100%. I am a complete novice when it comes to web hosting but the guys at NETSHOP have been absolutely fantastic. They have great prices, and even offer ways that you can get free hosting. The control panel has many functions
I can say that I'm glad to deal with NETSHOP hosting services. The control panel has many functions, installs and it is easy to use. The account and billing interface are wonderful. I have an issue in one small area Technical Support almost impossible to get them on the phone and the live chat service is really a hit or miss you never really know when they will be available.

Features have certainly gotten better
At any rate, I like NetShop ISP hosting service and would gladly recommend them. They do backups every day, so they got back my files and my blog started to run again and available to my visitors in 10 minutes. Their features have certainly gotten better and they now offer a lot more for the same price (visit their website and you'll see what I mean). If they maintain this level of service, I'm sure we will be a customer for a long time to come. Thanks.

No issues with uptime!
I greatly appreciate their efforts and look forward to continuing business with NetShop ISP. No issues with uptime, my site are very fast for shared hosting, good customer service with one or two rare exceptions, low cost since I have no problem with subscribing for 4 months at a time.

I recently (very recently) purchased a Domain name and a hosting plan with you people and the service I have had since doing so has been amazing. Wonderful hosting, great customer & technical support, good pricing & maintain professional standards, very good server speed & uptime, take good care of security & updates. Nice Linux VPS hosting package
I heard some great things about Netshop Isp so I took the plunge and got a Linux VPS hosting package. I also asked them if they could help with my site transfer. Minutes later they say make a full Cpanel back up and give us the FTP details, not even an hour after that I get an email saying my site (over a gig in size) is all set up and ready on my new server.

Netshop Isp hosting is reliable.
My site was unable to load, but gave me a message to do something to the php files. I am not really technically minded at all, so I wrote a support ticket. My detailed answer came back in minutes and it is only because of my lack of tech skills that I thought I would go on Live Chat to see if I could have someone walk me through. Netshop Isp hosting service has been good.

Everything is so easy to maintain
I host 2 opencart sites on NetShop ISP Singapore vps hosting account, just because everything is so easy to maintain, plus I host all of my personal sites there as well. Every time I had to deal with their customer service, I've had my problems resolved adequately. When I requested a credit for when my server went down, I got it without questions.
