100% managed VPS. They install all necessary and requested traders and there is not even a minute downtime. If update is required they notify me 1 week ago that update will be performed and do not start without my permission. Definitely they know how to do business!

Incredible speed
Incredibly fast servers. The network latency is not more than 25-30 ms. What I have noticed is that if some software needs update on my machine, they update it for me without disturbing me. I can do my job without any discomfort.

Perfect for business
I have been very satisfied with NextPointHost's services and their support. I have been able to resolve any issue, whether it was something I did not understand in configuration or other more serious problems we had, in very short order.
I really like the Chat Support in Real Time.They have always been very responsive and don't ask me stupid questions. If needed they quickly elevate to level 2 while I wait which is a breath of fresh air.

Prompt hosting
Nextpointhost is a good host. I am getting from them reliable service and really useful features in plans. Technical support is relatively helpful. Sales replied fastly and answered on all my questions polite and prompt. I have had 100% uptime. I am not experienced so I needed help of professionals really frequently, I've got it all the time quickly. As for features I've mentioned they are totally cool. I don't have to do a search on various packages to install forum, blog or smth else, I already have it on board.
