Hosted with the them for 5 years, and consistentaly got worse, need to restart the webserver every three days, customer service not at all helpful. Horror story

asked for a backup and they said: I want to apologize again, but because of the upgrades necessary to improve the functionality and reliability of our backup servers, none of our old backups are retrievable.
