All services down for over 24hrs. Takes ages to get through to tech support 30mins +. Then they do knothing about the problem anyway. Apart from 1 or 2 individuals the rest of the support team are just there to answer the phone ('best submit a ticket....') Where is the ticket system?....'just email us....'
