They provide regular correspondence to us.
Have tried other hosting providers, but ZipServers has proven to be on point to provide exactly what i need. Just as important it provides good customer service. They are quick to resolve issues and patient when things are not easily understood. Updates are provided on a timely basis and they provide regular correspondence to us. I really enjoy my hosting experience dealing with them.
