Several 60+ minute outages a year. No communication with customers during/after outages. Will censor all facebook comments after outages. Host with someone else.

Hmmmm....1st they deleted my entire site (hard drive crash) with NO backup...luckily I had my own. Now the email servers are down again (3rd time in 4 days) this time another 'hard drive crash'....been over 4 hours. 3 Day email outage in Mar - no apologies
